Andrea plays a central role in delivering a smooth and reliable client experience, helping ensure that every detail behind the scenes is handled with care and precision. She works closely with clients to support account servicing needs, providing clear guidance and responsive support so they always have a trusted point of contact.

As Director of Operations, Andrea brings over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has extensive knowledge in account maintenance, transfers, deposits and distributions, as well as coordinating custodial transitions and 401(k) rollovers. Her focus is on making complex processes feel straightforward and ensuring that each client’s experience is organized, efficient, and well-supported.

Andrea takes pride in delivering a high level of service to both clients and the internal team, helping keep operations running seamlessly.

Outside of the office, Andrea lives in Gilbert with her husband Wendell. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is especially dedicated to her two daughters, Devyn and Selah.
